I'm diggin the carb linkage.

I had an ongoing problem with the fancy braided steel cable I was using. Having to loop it around to get over to the carb and it would drag inside the braided steel sheath. Hung up pretty good right off idle... made taking off an adventure.

Wasn't too bad with the 350 in it but after the 390 swap it was awful...

Ended up going with a bare cable and pulley system till I get around to something better. But this actually works really, really well.

That's a bumper! Work bumper slash picnic table, I like it.

NO, I didn't even notice it! Too busy checking out the bumper it's bolted to.

That's cool!

I thought about going HUGE on my bumper if I could come up with a design that wasn't too obnoxious. My truck spends way more time in hardware store parking lots than in fields or working so I went with a more knee bone friendly version. It's still a parking lot menace though. And as it is I have about 3 inches clearance on each end when I park it in my shop. I can't even use a roller fairlead...
