    Default Windshield reflection

While driving around today I started to ponder if anyone else's windshield is as reflective as mine. During the day I can see the reflection of cars and trees that i pass, at night its almost like a mirror when someone gets behind me with the headlights on. Just curious.

Oh yeah. Just wait until you put a top on with a flat rear window parallel to the front glass. Oncoming vehicles will appear in quadruple.

I’ve used this on houses before and it worked well. Wonder if this would solve it?

Thanks for posting that. We have been looking for a solution to southern windows and heat. Everything 3M makes is outstanding. Someone needs to try it on our trucks.

During my first night maneuver while still getting used to driving it, I was taking a left onto my road. I was sure that i was clear to turn, but as I turned there were 2 bright headlights coming right at me...yeah it was the truck behind me. Luckily I was close to home to swap out my shorts.

That's one of the characteristics that have made the military trucks I've owned distinctive: no power-assist anything, loud & hot, and no rearview mirror needed at night.

I still a ways out from being ready to drive my truck but once I get there I’ll put this 3m film on and report back about effectiveness.

3M tint on the rear glass just makes it worse is my experience. I have not tried 3M clear on the front though.
