not able to open photo gallery etc..

I havetried to open active duty photo galleryand winch rebuild section with no luck. I keep on receving an error message, I have tried to use google with out any luck. What Is my major malfuction ? sf

Those galleries are still under construction. When the Manuals are finished, the galleries will be next.
Not sure when, but they WILL work after a while.
